Clamp Circuit REN-CC-1004A (Pneumatic)
The clamp circuit is used with a 2-hand control, end of stroke sensor (-eoss) to latch the circuit on, a release button or an optional timer to release. All are pneumatic. This allows an air cylinder to remain clamped after the operator removes hands from the 2-hand control. The work piece thickness may vary as the end of stroke sensor detects when the cylinder stops.
Typical operation: Operator presses the 2 green buttons on the 2-hand control, the cylinder advances and clamps on to the work piece, a signal is sent to the clamp circuit to latch on. Hands may be removed from the 2-hand control. The release button or an optional timer is used to release.
REN-CC-1004A OPTIONS AVAILABLE
- -TMR A 1-20 second adjustable timer to unclamp after the adjusted time is reached.
- -TMR300 A 5-300 second adjustable pneumatic mechanical timer is used to unclamp after the adjusted time is reached.
- -4W A 1.1cv 4-way valve is integrated into the clamp circuit.
- -REN-SP14 A separate 1.1cv, 1.4″npt 4-way valve is shipped with the clamp circuit.
- -REN-SP12 A separate 4.5cv, 1/2″npt 4-way valve is shipped with the clamp circuit.
